Flight information:

| In order to provide you with the best service, it´s important that you state your flight number on your booking form. Our supplier will be able to check if your flight gets delayed on your arrival date, which would translate into a delat in your arrival time. |

Payment method:
|
|
|
| The only payment method available is with a major credit card (VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard or American Express). The owner of the credit card must be present as the payment is at the time of pick up. Cash, debit card, bank transfer or advanced payment with your credit card will not be accepted. |
|
|
Driver requirements:
|
|
|
| A full license valid in the EU, held for at least one year, must be provided. The minimum age to hire a car is 23 years old. Faxed or photocopied licenses are not acceptable. |
|
|
Type of vehicle:
|
|
|
| Our supplier will always try their best to provide you the car requested. If the car booked is not available, you will always get a superior category. |
|
|
Accidents / Mechanical difficulties:
|
|
|
| In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24 hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen). |
|
|
Driving restrictions:
|
|
|
| The vehicles of our supplier cannot be taken abroad. |

Privacy Statement:

| We do not sell or rent any information collected through our website to third parties, respecting privacy of our customers. |

Security Statement:

| Our website has security measures in place to protect the data of our customers. Our secure servers are designed to prevent unauthorized access with the latest security technology. We have also in place the Verising secure Certification providing save transmission of data in an encrypted format SLL. Customer credit card numbers are not kept on our reservations system to reduce misuse by any members of our staff at any time. |

Notes

| Out of hours deliveries at the airport are possible, if the client provides the flight number. |
| All damages caused will be charged immediately, except the Suzuki convertible top for that a deposit has to be left upon pick up. |
| Dropp off must be effected within max. 59 min delay after the indicated dropp off time. If this period is exceeded, a further hire day will be charged. |
| Child seats or booster seats are not possible as equipment for the Suzuki Vitara. |

Gasolina
|
|
|
| For hire periods of 6 days and more all vehicles will be delivered with a full tank and have to be returned empty. |
| For hires from 3-4-5 days all vehicles have to be returned with the same amount of fuel as received upon pick up. |
| The vehicles cannot be taken off the island |
| Once the vehicle is picked up, refunds for unused days of hire will only be made, if the vehicle is dropped off early due to reasons beyond the client's control, i.e. death of a first degree relative, etc. |
| A credit card is necessary in order to asure that the client can be held responsible for the above. |
