No petrol refunds are made at the airport, wherefore clients are kindly asked to return the tank as empty as possible.

Ibiza High Season
|
|
|
Following requirements must be fulfilled in order to accept reservations:- Between July 15th and August 31st (both included) no replacement vehicle will be given to customers having had an accident for which they are responsible.
- Address where customer will be staying in Ibiza will be provided with the reservation data.
- Cellular phone at which customer can be reached while staying in Ibiza will be provided with the reservation data.
- Credit card will be requested to customer, as a guarantee for possible damage to vehicle not covered by insurance (exceptions to Super CDW). Car will not be given to customer if no credit card is provided.

Flight information:
|
|
|
| In order to be able to hire at Ibiza airport, you must arrive by plane and provide us with your flight number when you book your reservation. Also, your flight number is important as our supplier will be able to check if it gets delayed on your arrival date, thereby, providing you with the best service possible. |

Payment method:
|
|
|
| The only payment method available is with a major credit card (VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard or American Express). The owner of the credit card must be present as the payment is at the time of pick up. Cash, debit card, bank transfer or advanced payment with your credit card will not be accepted. |

Driver requirements:
|
|
|
A full license valid in the EU. The minimum driver age requirement and minimum experience on the driver's license depends on the type of vehicle as follows:

Accidents / Mechanical difficulties:

| In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24 hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen). |

Driving restrictions:

| The vehicles of our supplier may not be taken abroad or off the island. |

| We do not sell or rent any information collected through our website to third parties, respecting privacy of our customers. |

| Our website has security measures in place to protect the data of our customers. Our secure servers are designed to prevent unauthorized access with the latest security technology. We have also in place the Verising secure Certification providing save transmission of data in an encrypted format SLL. Customer credit card numbers are not kept on our reservations system to reduce misuse by any members of our staff at any time. |
