Fuel Policy
|
 |

| For rentals with a duration of 4 or more rental days, the customer will pay in advance for a full tank of fuel and will have to return the vehicle as empty as possible. Please, be aware that unused fuel will not be refunded. |
For rentals with a duration of less than 4 days, the following options would apply: Full-Half: Customer will pay for half a tank of fuel and the vehicle will have to be returned half. Full-Empty: Customer will pay for a full tank of fuel and it will have to be returned as empty as possible. Full–Full: Customer will have to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.

Fuel prices may vary depending on the vehicle's model and on the market prices at the moment of collection.

| Regarding the Full-Half option, Record Go would like to inform that, in the event the vehicle is returned will less fuel than agreed upon collection, the missing fuel plus a 15-euro processing fee will be charged to the customer. In the same way, with regard to the Full-Full option, if the vehicle is not returned full, the missing fuel and a 15-euro processing fee will be charged to the customer. |

Flight information:

| In order to provide you with the best service, it is important that you state your flight number on your booking form so that we will be able to check if your flight gets delayed on your arrival date, which would translate into a delay in your arrival time. |

Payment method:

| The only payment method available is with a major credit card (VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard or American Express). The owner of the credit card must be present as the payment is at the time of pick up. Cash, debit card, bank transfer or advanced payment with your credit card will not be accepted. |

Driver requirements:

| A full license valid in the EU, held for at least one year, must be provided. The minimum age to hire a car is 21 years old. Faxed or photocopied licenses are not acceptable. |

| Our supplier will always try their best to provide you the car requested. If the car booked is not available, you will always get a superior category. |

Accidents / Mechanical difficulties:

| In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24 hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen). |

Driving restrictions:

| The vehicles of our supplier cannot be taken abroad. |

| Our website has security measures in place to protect the data of our customers. Our secure servers are designed to prevent unauthorized access with the latest security technology. Customer credit card numbers are not kept on our reservations system to reduce misuse by any members of our staff at any time. |
